The previously mentioned web page has been designed to publicize the information, activities and services offered by Uepfly.com/.

VI. Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its aspects by Spanish law and any dispute arising from it will be resolved by the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid Capital.
In any case, it would be possible to establish that the disputed issues are resolved by means of a Law Arbitration:
“For any litigious issues that may arise in relation to the Portal, the parties agree, waiving, where appropriate, any jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to resolve it by means of legal arbitration within the framework of the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, which is entrusted with the administration of the arbitration and the appointment of the arbitrators in accordance with its Regulations and Statutes”.
